Terms of Service

MrE36 (mre36.com) is an independent technical reference for the BMW E36, operated by Realizer Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using MrE36 you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

MrE36 is a subscription technical reference: house-written answers, factory parts diagrams, a VIN decoder and related tools, delivered through a chat-style app and web pages. It is a reference and research aid only — it is not a workshop manual, and it does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any repair.

2. Independence and trademarks

MrE36 is an independent reference and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BMW AG. All manufacturer names, model designations, trademarks, and part numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and reference.

3. Intellectual property

Our articles, answers, page designs, and compilations are owned by Realizer Labs LLC and protected by copyright. Factory diagrams are reproduced from third-party parts catalogues for reference and remain the property of their owners. You may view and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial vehicle reference. You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, or use our content to build a competing dataset or product.

4. Accounts

You may sign in by email address or mobile number using a one-time link or code. You are responsible for keeping access to that email or number secure and for activity under your account. An account is for one person — accounts may not be shared, resold, or used by more than one person.

5. Free and paid access

Some features are free — answer previews, the VIN decoder, and diagram search. Full answers and the complete diagram detail views require a paid subscription. Current pricing is $99 every 30 days and is shown at checkout.

6. Subscriptions, payments and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorise a recurring charge of the then-current fee every 30 days until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. 7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the service; circumvent the paywall, rate limits, or account controls; create multiple or fraudulent accounts; share, resell, or redistribute content or access; interfere with, overload, or probe the service; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that do.

8. Accuracy and disclaimer

The information is provided "as is" for general reference. Specifications, torque figures, part numbers, and fitment vary by build date, engine, market, and revision. Always confirm against your own VIN and the manufacturer's current data before ordering parts or carrying out work. Realizer Labs LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or cost arising from errors, omissions, or reliance on the service. Mechanical work carries risk — if in doubt, consult a qualified professional.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realizer Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realizer Labs LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms — including automated access, paywall circumvention, or account sharing — with or without notice.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms and the service from time to time. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Hampshire for any dispute arising from them.
